The Classes
All classes are 50 minutes long and taught in English.

Grip socks are required for all sessions, feel free to bring your own or purchase a pair at the studio.

Reformer Intro Class
If you are new to People of Pilates please start here! This is a beginner's level class.
You will learn how to safely use the equipment and foundational level exercises that prepare you to progress to more advanced levels.

Reformer / Lunchtime Reformer
Strengthen, tone, and stretch with a dynamic Reformer class that enhances core stability and full-body alignment. Our Reformer classes uses elements of Classical and Contemporary Pilates.
Reformer & Chair
30 Minutes Reformer class followed by 20 minutes Chair Class.
The Chair promotes stability and strength, the perfect class combo.
Reformer & Jump Board
Please note that Classical Reformer experience is required for this class.
This dynamic class combines the controlled precision of the Reformer with the energizing cardio boost of the Jump Board.
Classical Reformer Level I
A refined introduction to the Classical Reformer method. Level I focuses on building a strong foundation through precise, controlled movements and a clear understanding of alignment, breath, and flow. Expect an intentional pace, hands-on guidance, and a return to the original sequence as designed by Joseph Pilates. Ideal for beginners or those looking to deepen their fundamentals with elegance and control.
Classical Reformer Level II
A seamless progression from Level I, designed for those who feel confident with the foundational sequence. Level II introduces more advanced exercises, increased flow, and refined transitions, challenging strength, coordination, and control. Expect a continuous, dynamic class that stays true to the classical method while elevating intensity and precision.
