Intro Class

About the Class: If you are new to People of Pilates please start here! This is a beginner's level class. You will learn how to safely use the equipment and foundational level exercises that prepare you to progress to more advanced levels.

Class Duration: 50 Minutes. 

Private / Duet / Trio 

About the Class: Personalized class tailored just for you or a partner. Perfect for beginners or students with injuries that find it difficult to join a group class.

Class Duration: 50 minutes.

Reformer

About the Class: Strengthen, tone, and stretch with a dynamic Reformer class that enhances core stability and full-body alignment. Our Reformer classes uses elements of Classical and Contemporary Pilates.

Class Duration: 50 Minutes. 

Reformer & Chair

About the Class: 30 Minutes Reformer class followed by 20 minutes Chair Class. The Chair promotes stability and strength, the perfect class combo.

Class Duration: 50 minutes.

Reformer & Jump Board

About the Class: Please note that Reformer experience is required for this class. This dynamic class combines the controlled precision of the Reformer with the energizing cardio boost of the Jump Board. 

Class Duration: 50 minutes.

7am Reformer Society

About the Class: Designed for early risers who want to start their day feeling strong and energized. Each session combines dynamic Reformer flows, mindful strength work, and deep stretches to wake up your body and mind in the best possible way!

Class Duration: 50 minutes.

Circuit Class Level I

About the Class: This class stays true to the Classical Pilates method while keeping you moving with energy and precision. We’ll work across the full range of equipment: Reformer, Chair, Mat, Barrel, and Magic Circle - to challenge your body in new ways and keep the practice fresh and engaging. 

Class Duration: 50 minutes.

Classical Reformer & Mat

About the Class: The perfect blend of control, strength, and precision. In this class, you’ll experience the depth of Classical Mat work - the true foundation of Pilates - building core strength, stability, and body awareness. Paired with the smooth support and challenge of the Reformer, the two methods work together to strengthen your whole body. Expect a grounded, intelligent workout that honours the original Pilates method.

Class Duration: 50 minutes.
