About the Class: Please note that Reformer experience is required for this class. This dynamic class combines the controlled precision of the Reformer with the energizing cardio boost of the Jump Board. Expect a full-body workout that strengthens, tones, and elevates your heart rate - all while being gentle on your joints

7am Reformer Society
About the Class: Designed for early risers who want to start their day feeling strong and energized. Each session combines dynamic Reformer flows, mindful strength work, and deep stretches to wake up your body and mind in the best possible way. Expect a mix of functional exercises, mobility and classical Pilates as we work on the Reformer, Barrels and Chairs
Class Duration: 50 minutes.
Butt, Legs & Abs
About the Class: Focuses on building lower-body strength and improving core stability. Expect a dynamic sequence of glute activations, leg sculpting series, and deep abdominal work designed to challenge and energize you. This class is perfect if you're looking to focus on form, create definition, feel stronger and get a good burn.

Circuit Class Level I
About the Class: This class stays true to the Classical Pilates method while keeping you moving with energy and precision. We’ll work across the full range of equipment: Reformer, Chair, Mat, Barrel, and Magic Circle - to challenge your body in new ways and keep the practice fresh and engaging.
